As an added service, you may wish to have us handle your project management.

Services of a Project Manager are:
• Provide a costs estimate for the entire project to give to the bank
• Sifting through and refining bids presented by subs
• Scheduling Subcontractors
• Call for City Inspections
• One-on-one counseling
• Show the homeowner which products are popular and/or cost effective.
• Occasional site visits
• Cost for this service is 3% of the total estimated construction costs.
