B. Critical Stage Contracting Services -- Fixed fee based at 10% of completed construction costs.
We build your home through the critical stages and then you take over and finish your project on your own. You decide when to take over. (May be combined with other options)

C. Building Advising Services
All options include: step by step instructions, one-on-one consultation, build-your-own-home manual, cost estimates, onsite visits, project timeline, permits & inspections, questions & answers. (Click here for more information)

        a. We provide subcontractors for you
        b. You can view project photos, plans, bids, & cost estimates online.
        c. Fixed fee based at 6% of estimate

      Option 2
        a. Use our online tools to schedule subcontractors and to make them         compete for your business.
        b. Fixed fee based at 5% of estimate.

      Option 3
        a. We provide a list of quality subcontractors & suppliers that you contact
        on your own.
        b. Fixed fee based at 4% of estimate.
