Make a Plan

 Now that you know where and what you are going to build, it is important you have a plan to accomplish your dream.  You will be given a book with step-by-step instructions, tips, cautions, and worksheets to help you stay organized, on time, and informed as you build your own home.  Study each section of the book carefully and follow the suggested steps. 

We also suggest you buy a notebook, folder, calculator, stapler, 3-ring hole punch, and any other office related supplies you may feel are necessary.  In order to successfully complete your project, it is important you stay organized and on-task during the construction of your home.  Take the time now to plan ahead and you’ll find that it will pay great dividends in the future.
